pre-order and order cancellation
Pre-orders and orders can be cancelled within 2 hours. After this time, your order will be processed and cannot be changed.
Right to return items
You have the right to return the item within 60 days without giving any reason. To return your order, please send us a clear explanation of your decision indicating your intention to return. We strongly recommend that you use the attached sample return form. Download here. You can also submit your return request electronically through our website. Click here to access the form. If you submit the return electronically, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your communication within one business day.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours (cost 13% of the sales price due to transaction fee & employee fee).
If the goods are damaged, the right of withdrawal is invalid.
If damage occurs during shipping, the right of withdrawal is valid.
In the event of a violation of our general terms and conditions (GTC), collection fees will be charged, which must be borne by the customer, as well as possible legal costs.
Important NOTE:
Opening a PayPal case or dispute without first contacting us and waiting for a response is a criminal offense, and damages can be up to $2,000.
To meet the deadline, your notice must be sent before the end of the return period.
You must return or hand over the items to us in an unused, undamaged condition, with all original accessories and in the original packaging, without delay and in any event no later than 30 days after the date on which you notified us of your return notification. The deadline is met if you send the item before the expiry of the 30-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is damaged upon receipt.
consequences of the return
If you return the item, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within seven days from the day on which we received notification of your return request. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for this refund.
Damaged items
Damaged items can be returned outside the regular 60-day return window and you will receive the new product.Â

Please allow up to seven business days for us to process your return and issue a refund or replacement.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged upon receipt.
