When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery time for all orders is currently 14-20 business days. Please contact us if your order has taken longer and we will be happy to resolve the issue for you.

 

How can I track my order?

Why is my tracking number not working?

Please note that it is perfectly normal for tracking location information to take up to a week to update from the day you place your order. While your tracking information is updating, you will see "We are preparing your order" or "Information received". Rest assured, this means your order has been packed and is on its way to you!

My order is considered delivered but I haven't received it?

Please note that sometimes tracking information is updated before the order is physically delivered. We ask that you wait a maximum of 3 days after your order is marked as delivered until you physically receive it. In any case, you can always contact us if you have any concerns about the status of your order.


Can I change the address of my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. However, please contact us and we will do our best.

 

Why does my bottle/box look different than the photo?

All our customers will receive our updated packaging/design.
