Important information about Klarna and PayPal disputes and returns

• pre-orders cannot be canceled.
• Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours and include a fee of 13% of the sales price (transaction and processing fees).
• Damage during shipping entitle you to exercise your right of withdrawal.
• In case of a violation of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), collection fees and possible legal costs  at the customer's expense.

Important NOTE: Opening a PayPal case or dispute without first contacting us and waiting for a response can result in legal consequences. Customers who do so risk damages of up to $2,000.

Deadline for disputes: Customers can resolve a dispute within 7 days. Please note that no collection fees will be charged for such a resolution. Please also note that a 100% guaranteed resolution will be found every time the case is closed.
